Scooter was very good except they forgot the charger and it took me 3 calls to get it but they brought it at 9 at night as I was running out of power. I charged overnight and all was good!

I liked that it was delivered the evening before we arrived but the condition of the scooter was poor. The back up beeper didn't work, the front headlight didn't work, the arm rests had holes. I paid a decent amount of money and I don't agree that what I got was what I paid for. I don't think I will use your service next October when we return to Las Vegas for a wedding.

Amazing experience, i was able to enjoy everything w/my family. I did keep charger w/me & was thankful because I did have to park and charge during shows in vegas. (we did lots on the strip) agent dropoed and picked up from bell hop.

The drop off and pick up from the hotel was great except that I was expecting a text saying that it was dropped off and I never got one but I went to check with front desk and it was there. Scooter ran great all week. thanks.
