It was way better than the September rental where the scooter was extremely dirty and broken. However if you charge $5cleaning fee the scooter needs to be dropped off clean there was dust along the bottom so it wasn't actually clean when dropped off. I'm disappointed with that part of the rental.

Wonderful! Made our trip workable. Very nice scooter, smooth ride. No problems. Mario in Orlando was exceptional! Everyone I spoke to throughout the entire process: ordering, changing times, etc., everyone was pleasant to talk to and happy and willing to work with us to satisfaction. Very easy process. Went much better than we were expecting for our first time getting a scooter. Extremely happy! Thank you all!

excellent service, answered all my questions once I was at my destination. I did inform other people who asked where and how much the scooter was, I let them know about Cloud of Goods and the service. I was very satisfied.

Scooter was very good except they forgot the charger and it took me 3 calls to get it but they brought it at 9 at night as I was running out of power. I charged overnight and all was good!
