Lots of changes with drop off and pick up, and some with the hotel about where the scooter was, but I had it when I needed it. Everything worked well.

It was so easy renting this scooter. The delivery to the hotel was flawless. The scooter never ran out of battery, but I do have to complain about brightness of the battery light. At night time on a dark path, it was blinding. I had to put my hand over it or use a piece a paper to cover the light. Besides that it was great.
