Motorbility scooter was good and battery lasted well. The canopy was brilliant due to the heat. The steering arm tightening screw dropped on a number of occasions especially on bump crack surface in Disney, had to retighten due to not holding the position I set.

The customer team on the phone was excellent and coordinating pick up and drop off is easy. We also asked some questions about the scooter upon pick up on how to use the scooter and they were kind enough to ask all our questions. Thanks cloud of goods.

Worked well. Tho we had to call in for instructions on how to dismantle it to get it in our vehicle (watched a YouTube video). .
