The battery was excellent. The speed regulator was very unsmooth and didn’t go slow enough in a large crowd. Delivery time was a little late but employee was friendly.

A very nice and knowledgeable guy. It was difficult to confirm with him where it would be dropped off. Once communication was established it went okay. The scooter died around 5 p.m. We used the charger and it indicated full charge (all green). It died again at 8 p.m. causing me to miss the fireworks with my family.

The gentleman that delivered the scooter was polite. The scooter kept its charge all day. The only negative is that I paid for a canopy and did not receive it. I hope that I’ll be refunded! Will definitely use you all again. Thank you!

This scooter rental experience was outstanding. Mario Karts had the scooter at our hotel upon arrival. My Dad was able to enjoy the conference due to having the ability to get around as needed. We have 0.6 miles one way from hotel to convention center each day. The canopy provided excellent protection during unexpected rain showers and provided cover from the hot sun. I certainly will utilize this service in the future.
