Cloud of goods is the easiest company to work with. I’ve been renting from this company for years and rent from them at least once a year. David was a pleasure to work with and Parker was the same! I’ll continue to do business with you guys!

The entire process from start to finish was so smooth! I booked an electric scooter for my 90-year-old grandmother to explore NYC for her first time (it was her Bucket List Trip!) The item was delivered to our hotel prior to our arrival, was easy to use and maneuver, and was picked up from our hotel after our departure.

We were kept in the loop on eta’s, also a very friendly approach and useful help with operating our scooter we rented. Very easy to work with, even with plans changing. They were able to accommodate most of what we needed! We didn’t get ours delivered as early as we would have liked, but open times for their operations I’m sure were later in the day. 5 out of 5 with cloud of goods!
