Jordan was great! He delivered the scooter to the hotel in downtown Norfolk, Va the day before and I was able to pick it up at my leisure. He was very respectful and communicated well. I throughly enjoyed my experience as a first time renter. I will definitely use this service again for any future needs and will refer my friends to Cloud of Good for any of their needs as well.
