The scooter was delivery right to my Airbnb door on time. The delivery person even called me 15 minutes before they were going to arrive to give me a heads up. The scooter worked great for my mom and really made a difference in our trip to Nashville. There was a little confusion on the pick up date but the team quickly fixed it and picked up the scooter at our door and we were able to make it to the airport on time. Everyone we dealt with was knowledgeable and kind. And absolutely appreciate their ability to adjust and pick up the scooter when needed. We would definitely rent from them again. Thank you.
