I highly recommend this company, Cloud of Goods and the vendor in Nashville, Tony Owen's. Placing the order was very easy on the website, they quickly confirmed a vendor in Nashville that had hotel delivery service. The hotel we stayed at has a shuttle to Downtown that I was told was ADA accessible, but it was not. I had rented a motorized scooter for my husband who recently had knee surgery when we found out we could not get the scooter on the shuttle, I contacted Cloud of Goods and was able to speak with Emma who was very helpful. She was able to get me a refund on the remaining days of the scooter and get a replacement manual (collapsible) weelchair. I even made a mistake on the replacement order and ordered 2, Emma called me back to ensure the mistake was corrected quickly.
Tony picked up the scooter and dropped off the weelchair the next morning. (He was actually able to do same-day service, but we were out).
