The wheeled walker was at the hotel, as promised, upon our arrival. It was clean and in perfect working order. It made our visit more safe. Upon departure, all we had to do was leave it at the front desk for pick-up. Easy peasy and very convenient.

Rented an Ebike in Minneapolis, the communication with Cloud of Goods was great. Unfortunately I had to cancel due to health issues, so did not get to experience the actual bike.
