Very reliable able company was delivered one day early as I was coming in from Birmingham Alabama On 7/28/25 They kept communication where they left it. My pickup date was on Thursday 7/31/25 I emailed them that morning asking them can they pickup the scooter after 4p.m. Someone responded back real quick and said that will be ok. Great business communication. I did get to tour Minneapolis for the rest of the day. I was riding and enjoying my Scentsy convention with my friends eating and sightseeing the big city. Thanks again for your service. I will definitely refer you all as well using your company again for all my travels need.

In town for a wedding with unexpected mobility concerns for my MIL, renting a wheelchair was SO easy with Cloud of Goods! They delivered it to my hotel and the chair itself was high quality and "fit" my MIL perfectly for her comfort and safety. I would definitely rent from them again.

The wheeled walker was at the hotel, as promised, upon our arrival. It was clean and in perfect working order. It made our visit more safe. Upon departure, all we had to do was leave it at the front desk for pick-up. Easy peasy and very convenient.
