Scooter was fully charged and waiting for me at my hotel at the front desk. Pick up and delivery was simple and convenient.
Rental cost was a little higher than I paid for the same scooter and rental period in Denver, CO but that is the market. Only complaint would be the batteries were not removable. The scooter I used in Denver had easily removable batteries which made loading into the car easier, but my wife n I got it loaded.
