This was a great service! The item I rented (mobility scooter) was waiting at the hotel upon my arrival. It made traveling with my child (who is disabled) so much easier and less stressful. I will definitely use this service again for future travel!

Everything was fine, However, I ordered a power wheelchair and got a scooter. A wheelchair would have been better because it fits into elevator and turns into tighter radius.
