Excellent experience. Ordered online. Mobility scooter delivered to our hotel and picked up on time. A bit heavy for one person. And we struggled to get it in the trunk due to seat stand that does not collapse. However that was minor. My hubby was able to travel everywhere he needed to go and with ease. Even the beach.
