From the 1st phone call getting info & placing the order thru delivery to our event to pick-up after the event, we were kept informed and any questions were answered. Osman was wonderful! He let us know if he was running late due to traffic and didn’t leave until he was sure my Mom was comfortable using the scooter. We had no problems at all and I would use them again.
