Families traveling to the capital for this spiritual gathering can choose from a wide selection of premium strollers. We provide single strollers, double strollers, and even specialized jogging models to suit your specific family needs. Having a clean and safe stroller waiting at your destination saves you from checking bulky equipment at the airport.

We highly recommend placing your rental order several weeks in advance of the conference dates to guarantee the availability of your preferred items. Washington becomes incredibly busy during major events and reserving early secures your delivery time slot. You can easily modify or update your reservation online if your travel plans change closer to the event.

The venue generally provides excellent accessibility features including ramps and elevators that accommodate standard mobility scooters and wheelchairs. We do suggest contacting the hotel management directly to confirm the specific dimensions of their event space doorways and accessible restrooms before you finalize your equipment rental reservation.

Our friendly local rental partners are always happy to demonstrate how your rented scooter or medical equipment operates when they deliver it. They will show you how to fold the equipment for transport and explain how to properly charge the battery each night. You can ask them any questions you have about the gear to ensure you feel completely confident using it.

We pride ourselves on providing clean and reliable equipment to all of our customers. If you happen to experience a rare mechanical issue during the conference you simply contact our customer support team immediately. We will swiftly coordinate with the local rental partner to repair or replace the item so your trip remains totally uninterrupted.

You are completely free to use your rented mobility equipment to explore the beautiful city of Washington outside of conference hours. Our standard mobility scooters have excellent battery life that supports visiting nearby restaurants and local historical landmarks. Just remember to plug the scooter into a standard wall outlet in your hotel room every night.

You do not necessarily have to be present if you arrange for the equipment to be left with the bell desk or the concierge at your hotel. Many attendees prefer this option because it allows them to check in and immediately find their rental gear waiting for them. You simply need to notify the hotel staff in advance that you are expecting a delivery from Cloud of Goods.

We gladly accommodate flexible rental periods to suit your personal schedule during the event weekend. You can absolutely rent a wheelchair or stroller for a single day if you only plan to attend specific sessions of the gathering. Our online booking system allows you to select the exact dates and times that work best for your travel itinerary.
