We had the BEST experience renting a scooter for my husband’s grandma for a day at NASA. They were communicative, responsive and very flexible in accommodating our timing for drop-off and pick-up. I highly recommend them and we will absolutely use them again!

Thank for proving the service, I did bump the basket, but I didn’t feel it was so damage it needed replacing. I didn’t inspect the basket prior to my use.

Overall, it was a positive experience for us. The rental scooter was comfortable for my husband and hassle-free from the airport, especially since we intended to bring our own. I took some time to verify and ask whether ours was TSA-approved.
