Drop off was timely, the delivery driver explained how to use the scooter, and the scooter was exactly what we were looking for to have a day out with my son who has limited mobility. I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 because I entered a pick up time when I submitted my rental order and reiterated the same drop off time to the delivery driver when he dropped the scooter off. But then the driver proceeded to call me two hours before the pick up time asking if he could come get the scooter right then. I told him we wouldn't be back for at least another hour, and he said he'd pick up the scooter in an hour, which meant cutting my plans short and rushing home to meet the driver because the driver decided to pick up the scooter an hour earlier than previously agreed on. If a pick up time is agreed to, I should be able to rely on that, but I couldn't in this case, and that was disappointing to say the least.
