Carmen was fantastic. She reached out as soon as I placed the order to work on delivery logistics. She was prompt with delivery and the wheelchair was perfect for our needs. She made the process seamless and super easy. She also reached out for pickup and was prompt with that as well. I would happily recommend Cloud of Goods to others.
