The equipment was fine and drop-off/pick-up went smoothly. Communication could have been better though. I was originally told that my drop off would be Thursday night, then it was changed to friday morning. I would not have known this if I hadn't called them to confirm. I would not have been home at the time they were planning to deliver. Fortunately we were able to find another time that worked.
