Cloud Goods was great, but the communication between them and the FedEx, located in Chicago's Hilton, was horrendous. I spent two days of a four day stay without it because nobody at the Hilton could find it!
I cannot tell you how much time was spent with various people, including the FedEx workers, looking for that walker. It was NOT in a box, and I even told them what color it was. Still, it took an entire two days, miserable for me, to locate the walker. And then, they insisted that I come in person to get it!
What a miserable experience.
