The vendor called us the day before to make sure what time we were arriving. And where to check their Andres delivery against our address of staying. She called the day before. We had to turn in to make sure we had to add no problems. She checked on the day of pick up to make sure she had the right location again.And was a delightful vendor to work with. I would use cloud of goods again.Anytime.

Person coordinated and verified w me hrs and went above and beyond what i was expecting or had experienced in previous rentals w the same company. I guess it truly depends on the vendor. It is always such a relief when that scooter gets there. My only suggestion is to include an extra battety and the manual. Not all scooters are the same.

Joimarie made it so easy! She contacted the hotel for me and made arrangements to drop off and pick up the scooter. She called and sent texts to keep me updated. She was friendly and shared other helpful information about the hotel with me. The price was also amazing.
