Great! Received a voice-mail in the morning saying Scooter was going to be delivered to the hotel, and it was there when I arrived. I will definitely use your service in the future if needed. It was late at night when we arrived and my husband couldn't figure out how to get it to go. I called the phone number, spoke to a nice gentleman who told us how to unlock the brake. I have no complaints. I have many complaints with the hotel we stayed at, car rental company, and the airline. Your service is great. Thank You!
