We had a wonderful experience with Cloud of Goods! We went on vacation in San Diego with my family. My father has Parkinson's disease and has limited mobility, but he didn't want to miss the time with family. We found Cloud of Goods and rented one of their electric scooters. It was PERFECT for him! It made the trip incredibly enjoyable and easy for him. The customer service was wonderful, taking plenty of time to answer all of our questions, and they delivered, and picked up, exactly when they said they would. Everyone we talked to at the company, from the online representatives, to the customer service on the phone, to the delivery people, were pleasant, friendly and easy to work with. I would happily use them again any time we need this service. We did some shopping and their prices were in line with everyone else, if not even better. Don't hesitate to use this company or their services, if your experience is anything like ours, you won't be disappointed!
