Ursula was a pleasure to work with. She delivered and picked up the mobility scooter on time as scheduled. She is professional, friendly, and responsive. The scooter was in excellent condition, worked as advertised, and was easy to operate. Due to my good experience with Ursula and Cloud of Goods, I ended up purchasing one.
