The drop off and pick up were exactly as advertised. The stroller I rented was in very good condition and made the walk to and from the theme parks much easier as my three year old fell asleep before we left each evening.

There was a slight problem with the first stroller that we rented, but it was replaced the same evening with one that worked beautifully. I will continue to use Cloud of Goods for all my travel rental needs.

We were so happy with our experience with cloud of goods, so happy we found them and no need to haul around a stroller for our short trips! Not to mention it was the most affordable company and they did not skim on service either. Keep up the good work!

The wheelchair we received was minorly broken, but we were able to receive a suitable replacement in a very timely manner. I am impressed by the friendliness and dedication to service of Cloud of Goods and would definitely use them again.
