Armen was extremely helpful! He ended up having to go back for drop off because the hotel we were saying that would not allow him to drop off prior to us arriving, even though we had confirmed that that would be okay the day prior. He was very prompt for pickup as well.

Our experience was great! Kim delivered the scooter before we got there and picked it up just after we left. My father in law can’t get around without one and it helped him to have an amazing trip
