Amazing service. Thank you so much. I was so unsure but Gateway Rentals and their wonderful delivery person was so prompt and accommodating as it was an unexpected park injury that necessitated me needing the scooter, which worked great.

Francis and Ronnie responded with excellent customer service. The knee scooter did not fit me well, so I returned it early and they accommodated the new pick up without objection. I do hope I get a refund for the 2 days it wasn’t used.
