Overall, it was a great experience. They helped me out with my one scooter that I got first died at Disneyland, but they were able to get me a replacement quickly would recommend them.

The advice from your support staff was excellent and promptly answered after submitting a query. The support team advised me to order a push chair rather than the powered chair ( which I had ordered) due to weather conditions. This was really appreciated and accurately assessed. You also gave me a $ 70 credit. So, yes I am a happy customer and will use you again if I travel again to NYC. The chair was also delivered in the time frame specified. 5 star rating from me. The scooter rental was perfect. First time I've done this. Pickup and delivery with the front desk of our timeshare was great. More than enough charge for the parks for 4 days. Everyone was so nice and half the price than at the parks. The parks were so accommodating also. Highly recommend.
