“Mario went above and beyond with his cuisine service. My battery was faulty once i was on the ship and he brought a fully charged working battery to the port befit we set sail and made sure it was delivered to my cabin. And afterwards he called to check on me using the scooter and if there were any issues. Will definitely recommend and use again”
