“We had a problem with the scooter we received. Mario Carts had been great with sending texts and emails about our rental so it was very easy to contact them and let them know. After some suggestions that might have solved the problem, they sent a tech out to look at the scooter. This was at 8PM on a Saturday night.
He couldn't find the problem after a valiant effort. He took that scooter away and they delivered a new one--Saturday night between 10-11 PM! so we would have it early morning. Fantastic customer service. When you call them, you get a person. We have used Cloud of Goods in the past and every encounter has been excellent!”
