“Great experience and communication! I didn’t think about the drop off at the hotel and that the hotel room was not booked under my name. Thank you for still leaving the scooter despite my failure to communicate that to you. Perhaps someone else may not think about this detail and it might be a question to add to any hotel drop off. Thank you again!”
