The chair was great until the charger stopped working in day 5 of 8. Luckily our cruise ship had a charger they put it on each night. Things happen so I wont give a lesser rating for that. The representatives were extremely accommodating and answered emails and phone calls immediately. They agreed to two days worth of refunds for our inconvenience, and Francis even agreed to take us to our rental car location once he picked the scooter up from the cruise terminal. We learned about his life in Kenya and the states, and a little of his family history. I’ve used this company once before on a trip to Hawaii and it was wonderful then as well. As a bonus, their prices were also the lowest to begin with! I highly recommend Cloud of Goods and will absolutely use them in the future.”
