“The Local vendor Allied Medical Supply and Rental was excellent. They communicated well and delivery was a great benefit. We were traveling over 3 hours to get there and were not sure of our arrival time. They were knowledgeable of the location they delivered to, and were very easy to deal with - the video explanation was perfect. The mobility scooter itself was in excellent condition and was very easy to use even in the hilly terrain of the Santa Cruz mountains. The only disappointment was that I had difficulty using the Cloud of Goods website. It kicked me out numerous times in the middle of trying to order and in the process the price increased. When trying to reach an agent, I was connected to an AI bot that was difficult to talk to. I did receive a person after saying "I would prefer to talk to a real person". Unless the website improves and has a better interface, I would prefer to deal directly with the local vendor in the future if I have need.”
