“Everyone was more than helpful. I was my first time and I did not fully understand what I needed. I am not tech savvy. So I had a number of do overs. Everyone showed a great deal of patience as I floundered through. I ended up with what I needed and on time. Not completely sure how it all worked out, but I am so glad it did.”
