“Drop off and pick up were good; it was a good product and we used it every day for our visit. The only problem was that a child’s sippy cup was left in the pouch from a past user and the contents were spoiled, smelly and spilled inside the pouch. That was found on the first day of use. I cleaned it up but the smell was still there- ”
