“The scooter was excellent. I thought I would need it to go shopping etc however I just used it to go to & from the lobby. I didn't use or need the extra battery at all. unfortunately I left the charging cord in my room when I left. I tried & tried to have the hotel look for it. I don't know if they found it & returned it to you? overall my experience was excellent. Thank you Janet Roberts”
