“It worked well for my dad during the zoo visit. My dad is very tall and I will need to remember that if we need to use the scooter again. I appreciated the early drop off and the convenience of leaving it at the hotel for pickup. Overall this was a stress free experience. Easy to order and operate. It stayed fully charged. It was a little heavy for my sister and I to lift into the back of the vehicle SUV, but we got it done! Thank you again for a great experience. ”
