“Communication was a little off key, but thanks to the efforts of your staff, especially the delivery guy, everything worked out without causing a delay. Additionally; the scooter would occasionally lose power while operating it. Fortunately, the power loss would only be seconds, but it happened frequently. Please have it checked out. I will use and recommend your services to others. Thank you! ”
