“I had a very good experience. When I arrived at the ship, my Cloud Of Goods scooter was already in my room. However, I didn’t discover the instruction manual until the day I was leaving. Had a few hiccups. The backup sound didn’t work and the horn didn’t work, but I let them know and they said they would change a fuse when they got it back. It worked fine other than that and held a charge for a long time. I was able to get off the ship at the ports with no problem. I would use their service again.”
