“The person picking up the wheelchair seemed to be annoyed by the lack of communication regarding the exact pick up time. She called me 45 minutes before the pick up time and expected me to be in the lobby. I explained to her my pick up time was between 2 PM and 3 PM and her attitude was unpleasant when I told her I could not be available when she wanted me to be.
I was not available when she told me she would be at the lobby so I had to leave the chair with the bell service.
Also, the left hand wheel brake did not function without being forced so I've never used it. That is a safety concern for future users.
