“There was a bit of an issue on day one with a scooter not working! I ended up missing a lightening lane and getting into the parks much later than we had hoped. Initially there was just going to be a refund and no hope for a scooter but that was quickly rectified with I was super grateful for! They were very flexible with pick up times which was appreciated so much! Scooter was perfect in every way! ”
