“Last June I rented from here and had a great experience, not so much this time. Rented the scooter to take to Universal and was there less than 2 hrs and the battery died. Plugged in to charge ant the battery wouldn’t charge. Called the number on my receipt and got no answer, texted the driver that delivered the scooter and got no answer, tried calling the driver and the same, no answer. Ended up renting a different scooter from universal and leaving this one with them until I left the park. Will not be renting from here again and have sent an email requesting a refund and have gotten no response.”
