“I had a great experience with Gateway rentals as the people I called and the person who delivered and picked up the scooter (Derrick) were fantastic. The issue was that the scooter did not last a full day even though it was charged fully overnight. It lasted until about 3pm and then even with charging it another hour, it only had enough battery power to go for another 10 minutes without needing to be charged again. We wound up calling Cloud of Goods for advice and then Derrick picked up the scooter from us outside of Epcot (which was the evening before we were supposed to return it) because it wasn't manageable to sit there in the park for hours to charge it so that we could ride it back to the hotel. The reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the battery life of the scooter and what we had to deal with because of it. However, the customer service we received was fantastic!”
