“Rented online but required to call to confirm order? Clearly told them we would not b present for delivery but only learned later we had to b present to accept delivery (apparently some hotels allow delivery without client present but not ours). Day of expected delivery company called at 7 am. Our scooter picked up from previous client was broken & wet! Can’t deliver at 3pm. Earliest is 9 pm tonight. Maybe not til next morning. We agreed to 9 pm delivery causing a member of our party to miss dinner reservations. Suddenly at 3pm the delivery driver call: “I will b there in 20 min with your scooter.” Luckily we were available to rush to the reception area. Very pleased with scooter. High quality, Great condition. Pickup was exactly on time. ”
