Walker Rollator Rental Review in New York City

“One of the brake cables needs attention as the brake does not engage properly. You say that you have successfully collected the walker, but you did not collect it on Thursday as it was scheduled for collection on Friday, however I received no notification of the time for collection so we were out using it on Friday. It was left in the care of the Kitano hotel for your convenience. Otherwise all went well and met our needs. Thank you.”
