“A good experience including good responses on a slight issue with the wheelchair. It was let down by receiving a phone call at 1am UK time to let me know that the wheelchair had yet to be collected and that I wouldn’t be charged for that. Firstly I didn’t need to know that especially at 1am in the morning and I certainly wouldn’t expect to pay. The lady who called did apologise.”
