“I was very happy this service exists. My 9yr old daughter broke a toe 3days before her first trip to NYC. She couldn't have gotten around as much as we needed on just her crutches. She LOVED the "knee bike" as she called it & your service definitely saved us a ton of tears. & the fact that they delivered & picked up saved ME a ton of tears. I know her mobility problems are minuscule compared to others, but her first trip to a magical city was made better by Cloud of Goods existence. They delivered to the Crowne Plaza Times Square & picked up seamlessly. Thank you.”
