“We had to request a replacement mobility scooter as there was a problem with the one that was delivered. A replacement was delivered within 6 hours of my phone call and a refund for a days rental was in my bank the same day, so although I wasn’t happy with the original scooter, your customer service to rectify the situation was impressive ”
