“Taking a vacation is always fun, sometimes stressful, anxiety producing even, but not when dealing with Teresa and her team. There was an issue with the scooter that I received from the hotel when we arrived and upon calling Teresa, she jumped on the issue immediately. In the end, she delivered a new scooter to me THAT NIGHT so I would be able to kick around NYC without worry. This is the 2nd time that I've worked with her and I wouldn't deal with anyone else going forward.”
